Tower Mill - Mark Cross

Stage 0. Current state of Mill as of November 2005 . Stage 1. Remove the uncharacteristic cedar wood boarding on floors 3& 4. Exposed brick work to be treated with modern equivalent of bitumen. Any recommendations would be grateful.
